Sr. Shaheen
Director
Besides being a founding member, Sr. Shaheen has been the director of several early learning centers in the Collin County area. Alhamdullillah, under her dedicated and visionary leadership, these schools were blessed to see their enrollment numbers increase. Besides her exemplary contribution to the Collin County community, she brings over 20 years of experience in teaching/managing pre-school centers and has a track record for training and building a team of devoted staff members to serve the needs of the community. We are blessed to have her on our team at Ameen Academy and InshaAllah she will continue to be an asset to our community. She attributes her success in the childcare industry first to Allah (swt) and then to the parents who entrusted her with their children not only in taking care of them, but also to help mold them into young Muslims.
Sr. Noor Anwer
Elementary Administrator
Sr. Noor has more than 12 years of Administrative experience from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia during her tenure at the American-based Military Hospital. After she moved to the US she has been volunteering at Bettye Haun Elementary and Andrews Elementary in Plano, TX as an Office Asst. and Library Asst.. She is also a Certified Montessori & Pre-School Teacher and a Licensed Pharmacy Tech. in the state of Texas. Sr. Noor has been working in the capacity of Elementary School Administrator/Principal for over 6 years.
Sr. Farina Zeeshan
Managing Director
Sr. Farina oversees the school’s business operations including sales, marketing, business development, human resources, state policy, day-to-day operating processes, and communications with special expertise in computer publishing, layout, and graphics. She coordinates school activities and helps facilitate synergies among students, faculty and parents.
She also represents the School in developing and maintaining relationships with the industry, networking/participating in industry functions and special events. Prior to this position she was an Assistant Director at IACC Academy and Furqaan Academy of Collin County.
Sr. Farina’s major strengths include:
Systems thinking and strategic planning linked to outcome measurements for maximizing individual, group, and organizational performance.
• Excellent communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to evaluate problems and implement effective and creative solutions.
